Question 1

Does GAM require internet to make sales?

Accepted Answer

No. GAM is 100% offline-first. Your cashiers can sell, balance shifts, record expenses, and print receipts without any internet connection. All records are stored securely on the local plant computer via an embedded SQLite WAL database.

Question 2

How does GAM handle price changes when gas market prices fluctuate?

Accepted Answer

The station owner can update the gas price per kg in seconds. The updated rate immediately applies to all subsequent cylinder refills across the station with zero downtime.

Question 3

What happens if our cashier PC breaks down or needs replacement?

Accepted Answer

With GAM's 1-click In-App Backup feature, you can export your database to an external USB flash drive at any time. On a new PC, simply install GAM, click Restore Database during setup, and your entire plant history is restored in under 60 seconds.

Question 4

Can one PC be shared by morning and afternoon cashiers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Multiple cashiers can log in to the same PC for different shifts. When a cashier logs out, GAM generates an individual close sheet for that cashier's shift detailing their exact sales, splits, and cash count.

Question 5

How do I purchase or renew a License Key?

Accepted Answer

You can purchase a station license key directly by chatting with our customer care team on WhatsApp. Setup and activation take just a few minutes.
